Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, rice, stewed tomatoes, etc., Tomato soup, boiled egg, salt.

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Lunch

Tuna Mayo sandwich x 1.5, pepper, paprika, boiled egg, salt, coffee.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, banana, apple, cinnamon, toast and butter x 1, boiled egg, almond milk, salt, tea. 

Snack

Peanut butter and butter sandwich, chamomile tea.

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, rice, diced tomatoes, oregano, garlic salt, ginger, pepper. (3 meals)

Snack

Oysters 85g.

Brunch

Toasted bagel and butter, boiled eggs x 2, salt.

Laundry Day!

3 loads of laundry. 7:30am - 10am. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana x 2, apple, almond milk, boiled egg, salt, tea. 

Snack

Toasted bagel and butter, chamomile tea.

Supper

Large pork chop or butt chop, salt, pepper, 500g bag of Broccoli with butter.

Snack 3

Toasted bagel and butter.

Snack 2

Oysters 85g.

Snack

Protein shake chocolate.

Outing

Walk downtown to TD Bank then RBC Bank Machine then Dollarama Duke Street. Walk to RBC Almon Street then Sobeys Windsor Street.

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toasted bagel and butter.

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.
