Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 1, boiled egg, salt, tea.

Snack

Ground beef, California style vegetables, pasta, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano. (3 meals)

Lunch

Ham and Cheese, tomato sandwich with mayo, boiled eggs x 3, salt, pepper, butter, green tea.
