Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells 5 exercises. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Noodle soup with mixed vegetables, eggs x 2, bean sprouts x 1 can. 

Outing

Walk to Robie Street to catch bus to Halifax Shopping Centre Dollarama, Wal-Mart and walking around the Mall. Had Shopsys Pepperoni x 2 and Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B. 

Brunch

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, tomato sauce, pasta, etc. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching! 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, banana, frozen strawberries, oat milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells 5 exercises. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, peanut butter sandwich. 

Supper

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, tomato sauce, pasta. 

Snack

Pepperoni and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard. 

Lunch

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink, oat milk. Pepperoni and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching, push ups, crunches, leg lifts, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana x 2, oat milk, leftover sausage, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, peanut butter sandwich. 

Supper

2.5 Honey Garlic Sausage, 3 scrambled eggs, pepper and butter, toast x 2. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells 5 exercises with knee bends. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Brunch

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. Pepperoni and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching!

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Brown rice 3/4 cup with mixed vegetables 3/4 cup, butter, chicken broth, hot sauce, 3 scrambled eggs, pepper. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells 5 exercises 2 to 4 sets multiple reps. 

Brunch

Pepperoni and cheese sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2, Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, frozen blueberries, powder milk, toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with butter, boiled eggs and salt x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, frozen blueberries, powder milk, boiled eggs and salt x 2, cinnamon raisin bagel with butter. 

Outing

Walk to Quinpool Road to get income tax done also went to KFC, Canadian Tire and Superstore. Walked over 7 kilometers. 

Brunch

Leftover ground turkey with mixed vegetables and pasta, etc. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with 10 push ups. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder. Toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with butter, tea. 

Tea Time!

Peppermint tea, cinnamon raisin bagel with butter and mustard, pepperoni and cheese. 

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, hot sauce, chicken broth, pasta, mixed vegetables. 

Tea Time!

Peppermint tea, Smoked Oysters 85g. 

Brunch

Cinnamon raisin bagel with pepperoni, cheese, butter and mustard. Boiled eggs and salt x 2. Kefir plain yogurt drink. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry. Saved between $6.00 to $8.00 by not using dryers. Minimum wash and dry is $3.00 for both washer and dryer. Extra time for dryers is $.25 for 2 minutes. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, kefir plain yogurt drink, cinnamon raisin bagel with butter, tea, boiled eggs and salt x 2.

Supper/Tea Time!

Boiled eggs x 4 with hot sauce, Smoked Oysters 85g. Peanut butter toast x 2, chamomile tea.

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street and RBC.
