Chicken drumsticks x 8, pepper, paprika, garlic salt.

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre bus took detour on the way back got off at Robie Street and Charles. 

Brunch

Noodle soup with mix, mixed vegetables, onion, eggs x 2, Ham and Cheese, mayo, mustard sandwich. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, milk, tea. 

Snack

Peanut butter and banana sandwich, chamomile tea.

Supper

Noodle soup with mix, mixed vegetables, eggs x 2, Ham and Cheese, mayo, mustard sandwich.

Lunch

Leftover pasta, ground beef, tomato sauce, mixed vegetables, etc. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.
