Pork butt chop, potatoes, onion, salt, pepper, garlic, curry, cooking oil, ketchup. 

Lunch

3 egg omelette, Ham, pepper, garlic, toast and butter x 2, lemon ginger tea.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour.

Walk to North End Community Health Centre for cancelled or changed dental cleaning appointment then walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.
