Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, flour, mushroom soup, pasta, hot sauce. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen fruit blend x 4, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon. 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Quinpool Road and Shoppers. 

Brunch

Tuna and mayo sandwich with pepper, paprika, Cheddar Cheese x 2, Protein Shake with 1% milk and protein powder. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast

Omelet with eggs x 3, pepper, milk, hot sauce, toast and butter x 2, Cheddar Cheese x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with 1% milk and protein powder. 

Snack

Honey Roasted Peanuts 1/2 Cup. 

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, tomato sauce, pasta, etc. 

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street for eggs. 

Brunch

Bagel with Ham, mayo and mustard x 2, Cheddar Cheese x 5. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, apple, banana x 2, milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea.

Protein Shake with 1% milk and protein powder.

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, spices and seasoning, tomato sauce, pasta. (2 meals) 

Brunch Before Outing!

Omelet with 3 eggs, pepper, milk, hot sauce, cooking oil, toast and butter x 2. 

Lunch

Protein Shake with banana, frozen fruit blend x 4, Protein powder, 1% milk. Bagel with Ham, mayo and mustard.

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.
