Chamomile tea

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, diced tomatoes, pasta. 

Snack

Sardines in hot sauce 100g. 

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre and Dollarama. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B. 

Brunch

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, coconut milk. Salami, Ham, Roast beef, mozzarella cheese, butter and mustard sandwich. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching!

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, banana x 2, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Steak with salt and pepper, pasta with sauce and mixed vegetables.

Roast beef, Ham, Salami, Mozzarella cheese, butter and mustard sandwiches x 2

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, coconut milk. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, stretching, leg extensions side kick only, planking, weight training with dumbbells 5 exercises 2 to 3 sets 10 to 15 reps 1 hour 30 minutes. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea.
