Tea Time!

Peanut butter toast x 2, Peppermint tea 

Supper

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, tomato sauce and pasta. (2 meals)

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with 2% milk and powder milk, protein powder. 

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre. 

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt and pepper, hot sauce, toast and butter x 2, Cheddar Cheese x 5

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, banana x 2, frozen fruit blend 4, milk, English muffin with butter, boiled egg, salt, tea, coffee. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Milk Shake!

 Milk 2%, protein powder, banana x 2, 4 blend frozen fruit. 

Snack

Cheddar Cheese x 5, toast and butter x 2

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with 2% milk and protein powder. 

Lunch

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, butternut squash, etc. 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street. 4km plus! 

Brunch

Leftover pasta salad from yesterday. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, apple, banana x 2, milk, English muffin with butter, boiled egg, salt, tea.

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with 2% milk and protein powder. 

Supper

Supper is in the oven with ground beef, mixed vegetables, beef broth, flour, spices and seasoning, butternut squash, butter and ketchup. 

Lunch

Pasta salad with pasta 2 cups, boiled eggs x 6, can tuna, black olives, peas and carrots, mayo, mustard enough for 2 meals. 

Laundry Day!

Laundry from about 8:40am - 10:40am 2 loads of laundry. May 5/22 Making pasta salad for lunch shortly. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, banana, apple, milk, English muffin with butter, boiled egg, salt, tea.

Tea Time!

Lemon ginger tea with egg salad sandwich and English muffin with egg salad used 2 eggs, mayo, pepper and paprika. 

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, brown rice, spices, hot sauce, etc. 

Lunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, pepper and butter. Potato Chips 2 Cups. 

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street 2.6km round trip. Eggs, toilet paper and mouth wash.

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, peanut butter toast x 2, Protein Shake with 1% milk and protein powder.

I bought 4lbs of apples today for $10.99 they better be very good apples for that price.  Apple x 1 for dessert.

Walk to Superstore Quinpool Road.

Chicken breast sandwich with mayo, hummus, mustard. Boiled eggs x 2, salt, Protein Shake with 1% milk and protein powder.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Chicken breast sandwich with mayo, hummus and mustard, boiled eggs x 2, salt, Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder, potato chips 2 cups.

Potato Chips 2 Cups and Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B. 

Outing

Walked 4.5km to Dollarama Park Lane to buy a few things mostly food and toiletries.
