Supper

Steak, salt, pepper, chili powder, brown rice, mixed vegetables, beef broth. 

Lunch

Toasted Ham and chicken breast sandwich with mayo and mustard, Nature Mix 1/2 Cup. 

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre and Dollarama. Also looked into buying shoes but didn't buy any. Had Vitamin water purple. 

Brunch

Ham and chicken breast sandwich with butter and mustard, boiled eggs x 2, salt, Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, banana, apple, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, Nature Mix 1/2 Cup. 

Supper

Leftover sausage x 2, French fries are ketchup.

Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder, banana x 1

Leftover ground beef, brown rice, mixed vegetables, mushroom soup, etc. Sausage x 2

Snack

2 Cups of potatoe chips, Nature Mix 1/2 Cup.

Boiled egg, salt. 

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street.
