Boiled eggs x 2, salt, green tea.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, banana, milk, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, tea.

Pork Steak with salt and pepper, Asian Style Vegetables with hot sauce. 

Lunch

Ham sandwich with mayo and mustard, small piece of pepperoni. 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Quinpool Road. 

Brunch

Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich with mayo and mustard, boiled eggs x 2, pepper and hot sauce, pepperoni small piece. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Coffee Time!

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, apple x 2, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, flour, brown rice, hot sauce.

Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich with mayo and mustard.

Small piece of pepperoni mild flavor. 

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street then Brother's Meat Market.

Pita bread with ham, Swiss cheese and mayo, Vanilla yogurt.

Protein Shake with frozen mango, powder milk, protein powder, vanilla yogurt.

Leftover ground beef with mixed vegetables, spices and seasoning, tomato soup, etc. Pita bread x 2. 

Lunch

Nature Mix 1/2 Cup, Vanilla Yogurt and banana. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street after paying rent. 

Brunch

Ham and Swiss cheese sandwiches with mayo and mustard on multi grain bread x 2. 

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from about 7:15am to 8:50am 2 loads of laundry. September 28/22
