Tea Time!

Lemon ginger tea 

Supper

Italian Style meatballs x 12, brown rice, mixed vegetables, omelette with 3 eggs, butter, hot sauce, pepper, olive oil. 

Brunch

Breaded chicken burgers with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2. Green tea 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, almond milk, powder milk, protein powder, kefir plain yogurt drink. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, protein powder, banana x 2, almond milk, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Supper

Breaded chicken burgers with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2. Chamomile tea. 

Outing

Work in Dartmouth today on The Trades from 11:00am to about 3:00pm also ate at work. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, protein powder, banana, frozen blueberries, almond milk, kefir plain yogurt drink, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Sardines lemon and cracked pepper 100g.

Walk to RBC Almon Street and Shoppers.

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder.
