Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Chicken burgers with mayo, mustard, ketchup on hamburger buns x 2 

Snack

French Vanilla Yogurt and banana. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Lunch

Scrambled eggs x 3 with pepper, olive oil, ketchup, hash browns x 3

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, banana, apple, milk, peanut butter, tea. 

Dessert

French Vanilla Yogurt and banana. 

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, flour, butternut squash, butter, ketchup, hot sauce. 

Brunch

Pasta salad with tuna, mayo, pepper, paprika, can peas, 1 cup pasta.
