Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. Great Value Protein Bar 37g. 

Supper

Leftover chicken thighs x 4 with microwavable flavored rice 250g. 

Outing

Bus trip to Halifax Shopping Centre Walmart and Sobeys plus walk around mall to visit Dollarama and Sport Check. Avocado Chicken Sandwich on flat bread from Sobeys. 

Lunch

Toasted tomato and mayo sandwich with cheese on wholewheat bread. Great Value Protein Bar 37g. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises. 

Breakfast 2

Fried egg sandwich with eggs x 2, cheese, tomato, butter, hot sauce, salt and pepper, pam cooking spray on wholewheat toasted bread. Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen berries and cherries, protein powder, creatine, cinnamon, chia seeds, 1 package of plain oats, powder milk. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. 

Supper

Chicken thighs x 4 with salt and pepper, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, chicken broth. Microwavable flavored rice x 1 package. 250g. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 35 minutes. Plus push ups. 

Lunch

Toasted tomato and mayo sandwiches with cheese on wholewheat bread x 2. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. Great Value Protein Bar 37g x 2.

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, berries and cherries 1 cup, protein powder, creatine, cinnamon, chia seeds, powder milk.

Omelette with 4 eggs, salt and pepper, parsley, pam cooking spray, hot sauce, sliced tomato. Great Value Protein Bar 37g.

Sub sandwich from Brother's Meat Market and Maccaroni and Cheese salad from Sobeys 454g. Great Value Protein Bar 37g.

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street then Brother's Meat Market. 

Snack/Rice Cakes

Rice cakes with peanut butter x 3 and 1 with cream cheese for a total of 4 rice cakes. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with calf raises. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen berries and cherries 1 cup, protein powder, creatine, powder milk, cinnamon, chia seeds.

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, side kick pasta dish with sauce mixture milk and butter. 

Snack
