Noodle soup with mix, mixed vegetables, chicken breast, salt, pepper, ginger, paprika.

Lunch

Boiled eggs x 3, salt, pepper, toast and butter x 2.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana x 2, milk, tea, toast and butter x 1.

Snack

Peanut butter and butter sandwich, chamomile tea.

Leftover rice, ground beef, mixed vegetables, etc. 

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and peanut butter x 1.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Toast and butter x 3 (2 heels), chamomile tea.

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, rice, oregano, ginger, soup mix spice, pepper, garlic powder. (2 meals) 

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, toast and butter x 2, banana, salt.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2.

9am - 10:30am 2 loads of laundry.
