Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Chicken parmesan x 2, brown rice, mixed vegetables, vegetable broth, hot sauce. 

Lunch

Scrambled eggs x 3, pepper, olive oil, ketchup, hash browns x 3.

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, protein powder, powder milk. 

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from 8:45am to 10:30am 2 loads of laundry. January 21/23 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, protein powder, banana, frozen fruit berry blend, milk, tea. 

Tea Time!

Ground beef with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, beef broth, hot sauce, pasta 1/2 cup. 

Lunch

Scrambled eggs x 3, pepper, olive oil, ketchup, hash browns x 3.

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, powder milk, protein powder. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, protein powder, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, tea.

Outing

Walk to Superstore Quinpool Road.

Walk over to make dental appointment at North End Community Health Clinic then walked to Sobeys Windsor Street to catch bus to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre.
