Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Salmon patties x 3 with brown rice and mixed vegetables, hot sauce. ( 2 can salmon, 2 eggs, 1 cup crackers, onion powder, olive oil.)

Lunch

Breaded chicken burgers with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, protein powder, almond milk, powder milk, strawberry yogurt drink. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Last Night!

Chamomile tea

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, banana x 2, frozen blueberries, strawberry yogurt drink, almond milk, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Supper

Leftover ground turkey with mixed vegetables, brown rice, chick peas, etc. 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street.

Breaded chicken burgers with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2.

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from about 8:30am to 11:00am 3 loads of laundry. July 14/23 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, banana x 2, frozen blue berries, almond milk, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, brown rice, chick peas. (2 meals)

Breaded chicken burgers with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2.

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, strawberry yogurt drink.

Sardines in lemon juice and cracked pepper 100g.
