Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Supper

Pork chop x 1, salt, pepper, potatoe salad with mayo, paprika. 

Snack

Oysters 85g., Almonds 75g.

Outing

Walk downtown to TD Bank Duke Street then RBC followed by Dollarama Duke Street.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

1 Cup All Bran buds, toast and butter x 2, milk, Earl Grey Tea, boiled egg, salt. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, boiled egg, salt.

Supper

Pasta 1 Cup with leftover tomato sauce, ground beef, mixed vegetables, etc.

Outing

Drive from Kim out to Mother's apartment to finish moving Mom's things to wherever it was going. Had submarine sandwich from Brother's Meats and granola bar for an early lunch at about 10:30am. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

1 Cup All Bran buds, banana x 2, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, milk, tea.

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Supper

Spaghetti with tomato sauce, ground beef, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, pepper, Italian style seasoning. (Sauce for 2 meals) 

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street then bus trip to Mom's place to help Kim pack Mom's things and get ready to move her belongings. Took 1 Spring Garden and the 9A bus to Cowie Hill. Had small package of peanuts and raisins with cheese from Kim.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, toast and butter x 2, milk, boiled egg, salt, tea.

Tea Time

Chamomile tea

Supper

Pork chop x 1, salt, pepper, potatoes and onion, cooking oil, butter, paprika, Italian style seasoning. 

Lunch

Boiled eggs x 3, salt and pepper, toast and butter x 2.

Laundry Day!

3 loads of laundry. 10:00am - 12:30pm August 25 

Last Night!

Chamomile tea after supper around 6:00pm.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana x 2, Milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, chick peas, brown rice, curry, etc., Tomato soup, milk. 

Snack

BBQ peanuts 1/2 bag 140g. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Lunch

Boiled egg, salt, toast and butter x 2.

Lunch 2

1/2 Cup BBQ peanuts.

1.5 Tuna Mayo sandwich with pepper and paprika, boiled egg, salt.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, milk, tea.

Boneless pork, salt, pepper, brown rice, mixed vegetables.

Snack

60g package of nut mix snack from Kim. 

Outing

Walk downtown to Convention Centre for Covid 19 test then Dollarama Park Lane followed with a visit with Mother and Sister at hospital then walk to Shoppers Almon Street.

Lunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2.
