Tea Time!

Honey lemon ginger tea, peanut butter and butter sandwich. 

Supper

Chicken leg with spices and seasoning, brown rice with chicken broth and mixed vegetables. 

Snack

Smoked Almonds 75g 

Outing

Walk downtown along waterfront to Dollarama Duke Street. Aquafina Orange Vitamin Water. 

Brunch

Ham and Roast beef sandwich with hummus and mustard, boiled egg, salt, Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder, Cheddar Cheese x 4.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, banana x 2, frozen fruit blend, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Protein Shake!

Chicken Noodle Soup, Ham and Roast beef sandwich with hummus and mustard, boiled egg, salt. 

Outing

Went for Dental Cleaning at North End Health Centre. 1:00pm - 3:30pm 

Lunch

Ham and Roast beef sandwich with hummus and mustard, boiled egg, salt, Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder, Cheddar Cheese x 4.

Leftover pork with brown rice, mixed vegetables, vegetable broth, summer savory, butter, etc.

Ham and Roast beef sandwich with butter, hummus and mustard, Cheddar Cheese x 5.

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.
