Tea Time!

Lemon ginger tea

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, brown rice, stewed tomatoes, beef broth, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian style spice. (2 meals)

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Lunch

Ham sandwich with mayo and mustard, 3/4 Nature Mix.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana x 2, milk, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, tea.

Tea Time!

Last Night

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, brown rice, diced tomatoes, etc., Onion, butter, cooking oil.

Snack

3/4 Cup BBQ peanuts.

Outing

Walk along waterfront to Duke Street Lawton's and Dollarama.

Brunch

Toasted Ham and mayo sandwich, boiled egg.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, milk, tea.
