Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Pasta 1 Cup with mixed vegetables, butter, hot sauce, milk, cheese dust, 2 eggs, olive oil, pepper. 

More Weight Training!

Overhead Dumbbell Press 4 sets of 10 reps. Plus more sets of Dumbbell curls. 

Weight Training!

Bought 10lb Dumbbell today did 3 sets of curls. Might do more need to create workout routine for weights. Dumbbells Only! 

Snack

Sardines in hot sauce 100g. Nature Mix 1/2 Cup. 

Outing

Walk to Canadian Tire Quinpool Road. 

Brunch

Pizza toast with pizza sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese x 3. Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, strawberry yogurt drink. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, Protein powder, banana x 2, frozen strawberries, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, Nature Mix 1/2 Cup. 

Supper

Omelette with 3 eggs, pepper, hot sauce and olive oil, toast and butter x 2 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, strawberry yogurt drink, powder milk, protein powder. 

Brunch

Salami and cheese sandwiches with pickles, butter and mustard x 2. Green tea 

Outing

Walk to Bluenose Laundromat for laundry 2 loads. *(8 days of laundry)
