Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. Wholewheat bagel with cream cheese x 2 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 30 minutes plus push ups. 

Lunch 2

Mac and Cheese Salad 454g from Sobeys. 

Lunch

Twin pack sub sandwiches from Sobeys, chocolate chip cookies x 4, Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Outing

Bus trip to Halifax Shopping Centre Dollarama and Sobeys. Pepperoni stick 40g. 

Breakfast 2

French toast with eggs x 3, 1% milk, wholewheat bread x 4, pam cooking spray, syrup, butter. Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, 1% milk, protein powder, creatine, cinnamon, chia seeds. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. 

Supper

Chicken breast x 4 with pink salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, onions, green peas, chicken broth, hot sauce. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking. 

Brunch

Large wholewheat tortilla wrap with peanut butter and banana. Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Supper

Tomato soup with ground beef, beef broth, spinach, spices and seasoning, chick peas. Tortilla wraps x 2 x 1 small and 1 large. 

Snack

Plain yogurt with banana. 

Lunch

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, chia seeds, milk, apple. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt, creatine, cinnamon, chia seeds. Peanut butter toast x 2, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea and chocolate biscuit cookies x 6

Supper

Pork Steak x 2 with pink salt, pepper, garlic powder, yellow potatoes, butter, parsley, beef broth, hot sauce. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 40 minutes. Creatine and water before workout. Smoked Oysters 85g after workout. 

Lunch

French toast with eggs x 4, wholewheat bread x 4, butter, pam cooking spray, banana, syrup. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, apple, chia seeds, milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea and coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with chocolate biscuit cookies x 3.

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, hot sauce, chicken broth, tomato soup, potatoes. 

Lunch

Tuna salad with mayo on large wholewheat tortilla wrap. Chocolate biscuit cookies x 3 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt, creatine, cinnamon, chia seeds. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups and leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, chia seeds, milk, apple, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener and chocolate biscuit cookies x 4.

Ground beef with spices and seasoning, mushroom soup, potatoes, onions, spinach, beef broth, butter. 

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Bayers Lake. Protein bar 80g.

Once a month cleaning day from about 9:00am to 4:00pm December 8/24
