Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, small plain yogurt, banana. 

Supper

Omelette with 4 eggs and breaded fish fillets x 3 with hot sauce, butter, pepper, parsley. 

Lunch

Roast beef sub sandwich from Superstore Quinpool Road and Sparkling Lemon Carbonated Water, Ocean Cranberry Juice Diet and Pepperoni stick from Dollarama. 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Quinpool Road then Dollarama Park Lane. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts, push ups, planking. 

Breakfast 3

Bran Flakes 2 Cups with Muesli 1 Cup and Milk. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon, oats. Toast and butter x 1 and tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, banana, small plain yogurt. 

Supper

Pork chops x 2 with salt and pepper, Brussels Sprouts 500g and hot sauce. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts, calf raises and planking. 

Lunch

Breaded fish fillet sandwiches with mayo, hot sauce and Swiss cheese x 2

Outing

Walk to Staples to buy new notebook computer. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Bran Flakes 2 Cups with 1 Cup Muesli and Milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chicken breast x 2 with salt, pepper and paprika, pasta in flavor sauce mixture and mixed vegetables. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with calf raises and planking. 

Lunch

Peanut butter and banana sandwiches x 2 with 2 bananas. Sardines in hot sauce 100g. 

Outing

Walk to RBC Almon Street then Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Breakfast 2

Bran Flakes and Maple Muesli Cereal 2 Cups with toast and butter x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon, oats. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises 35 minutes plus planking and push ups. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, small plain yogurt. 

Supper

Omelette with 4 eggs, pepper, hot sauce, butter, mayo, Swiss cheese, fish fillets x 2 on 4 toasted bread. (Sandwiches)

Pizza pops deluxe x 2

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street to catch the bus to Halifax Shopping Centre Sobeys and Walmart. Had Classic Dagwood 1/4 Sandwich with 1% Milk. 

Breakfast 2

Bran Flakes 2 Cups with milk, toast and butter x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana x 3, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon, oats. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Sardines in hot sauce 100g. 

Brunch

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street then Superstore Young Street. Classic Dagwood 1/4 Sub sandwich with Water Lemon Lime. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, stretching, leg extensions front and side kick, planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Bran Flakes 2 Cups, 1 Cup of another cereal with milk and tea.
