Tea Time!

Lemon ginger tea 

Supper

Pork chops with salt and pepper x 2, broccoli and hot sauce. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. 

Lunch 2

Toasted cheese sandwich with butter and coffee. 

Lunch

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, pizza sauce, pasta, etc. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching, leg extensions front and side kick, weight training with dumbbell curls, overhead dumbbell press and dumbbell rows multiple sets and reps. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, hot sauce, pizza sauce, pasta, butter, milk, cheese dust. 

Snack

Peanut butter and butter sandwich. 

Lunch

Pizza sandwich with pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Chicken breast x 2, brown rice and mixed vegetables, butter, hot sauce, salt and pepper, paprika. 

Lunch

Protein Shake with banana x 2, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. Pizza toast with pizza sauce, salami and mozzarella cheese x 3 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to do 2 loads of laundry at Laundry Co.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg and salt, tea.

Outing

Bus trip to Canadian Tire Bayers Lake then Taxi on return trip because I bought 40lb dumbbell set.

Salami and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard, boiled egg with salt, coffee with milk and sweetener.

Pasta salad with pasta, tuna, boiled eggs, mixed vegetables, pepper, paprika, mayo.

Salami and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard. Peppermint tea. Smoked Oysters 85g. 

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre.
