Walk to Superstore Young Street.

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, almond milk, tea.

Peanut butter and butter sandwich, chamomile tea.

Pork chop x 1, salt, pepper, Potatoes and onion, paprika, cooking oil, ginger. 

Lunch 2

1.5 Tuna Mayo sandwiches, pepper, paprika.
