Snack

Peanut butter and butter sandwich, chamomile tea.

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, rice, chick peas, curry, etc., Tomato soup, milk.

Snack

Non Alcoholic beer and 2 cups of potato chips. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, almond milk, tea.

Snack

Peanut butter toast x 1, chamomile tea.

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, rice, chick peas, curry, garlic powder, salt, pepper. (2 meals) 

Snack

Honey roasted peanuts 3/4 Cup.

Lunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, almond milk, tea.

Honey roasted peanuts 3/4 Cup, chamomile tea.

Honey garlic sausage x 3, potatoes and onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, ginger, paprika, cooking oil.
