Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, peanut butter toast x 1.

Supper

Shepherd's pie with ground beef, mixed vegetables, tomato paste, beef broth, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, hot spices, summer savory, paprika, butter, butternut squash. (2 meals) 

Outing

Bus trip to Halifax Shopping Centre Mark's.

Lunch

Ham sandwich with mayo and mustard, boiled eggs x 3, salt, pepper, butter, chili powder. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana x 2, toast and peanut butter x 2, almond milk, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, peanut butter and butter sandwich.

Supper 2

French fries and ketchup.

Supper

Almond Milk/Milk shake with frozen strawberries, mangos, peaches. 

Snack

Smoked Oysters 85g. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Brunch

Ham and Turkey sandwich with mayo and mustard, boiled eggs x 2, salt.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana x 2, almond milk, tea, toast and peanut butter, coffee.

8:00am - 4:20pm 8 hours plus cleaning.  October 28

Laundry Day!

8:00am - 10:50am 3 loads of laundry. October 27

Outing 2

Walked up to Vogue Optical to pick up new glasses then Shoppers Almon Street for eggs.

Walked to Superstore Young Street after paying rent.

Walk to Superstore Quinpool road and Shoppers didn't buy anything at Canadian Tire was looking for new can opener.
