Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, small milk.

Supper

Pork chop x 1, salt, pepper, potatoes and onion, garlic powder, paprika, cooking oil, ginger.

Lunch

Roast beef sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, almond milk, tea.

Tea Time!

Ground beef, 3/4 Cup of rice, California style vegetables, beef broth, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, ginger.

Lunch

Roast beef sandwich with butter and mustard.

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre and Haircutters for hair cut.

Tuna Mayo sandwich, pepper, paprika 1.5

Yesterday's Outing!

Doctor appointment 1:30pm then walk to Dollarama Duke Street.
