Supper

Leftover pasta salad, Granola bar 46g.

Coffee Time!

Coffee with powder milk and sweetener. 

Lunch

Pasta salad with pasta, black olives, green peas, tuna, boiled eggs x 2, mayo, pepper, paprika. (2 meals) 

Snack

Granola bar 46g.

Breakfast

Plain yogurt with a touch of honey and oats, Turkey and Swiss cheese sandwiches with butter on hamburger buns x 2, large milk, boiled eggs x 2, salt. 6:00am to about 10:30am No Power for about 10 hours. 

Good Morning!

We had no power for about 10 hours starting at about 12:30am the power went out and was restored just before 10:30am. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, Granola bar 46g.

Supper

Pork Steak with salt and pepper, brown rice with mixed vegetables, vegetable broth, butter, hot sauce. 

Dessert

Plain yogurt with a touch of honey and oats.

Smoked turkey with Swiss cheese, mayo, mustard on hamburger buns x 2, boiled eggs x 3 with pepper and hot sauce. 

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from 8:00am to 10:30am 3 loads of laundry. September 23/22

Protein Shake with banana, frozen fruit blend, powder milk, protein powder. 

Dessert

Plain yogurt with a touch of honey and oats.

Ground beef with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, beef broth, flour, mashed potatoes, ketchup. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B 

Outing

Walk to Dollarama Young Street. 

Brunch

Smoked turkey with Swiss cheese and mayo, mustard on hamburger buns x 2, boiled eggs x 3, pepper and hot sauce. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, apple, banana, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Ground turkey, spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, flour, brown rice, hot sauce. 

Snack

Nature Mix 1/2 Cup.
