Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Italian Style meatballs x 14, brown rice with mixed vegetables, beef broth, oregano, butter, hot sauce. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Brunch

Omelette with 3 eggs and hot sauce, olive oil, pepper. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, almond milk. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, banana, frozen strawberries, almond milk, Bannock bread, tea, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chicken burgers with mayo and mustard on hamburger buns x 2. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, almond milk. Bannock bread. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.
