Snack

Peanut butter toast x 1, chamomile tea.

Supper

Steak and onions, salt, pepper, Uncle Ben's Rice x 1 package.

Lunch

Egg salad sandwiches 1.5, 2 eggs, mayo, pepper, paprika, coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener.

Laundry Day!

3 loads of laundry. 8:00am - 10:30am February 20/21

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 1, almond milk, tea.

Snack

Peanut butter toast x 1, chamomile tea.

Supper

2 sausages and onions, butternut squash, butter, pepper.

Lunch

1.5 egg salad sandwiches, 2 eggs, mayo, pepper, paprika. 

Brunch

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, rice, tomato paste, beef broth, etc.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 1, almond milk, tea.

Snack

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, rice, beef broth, tomato paste, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano. (2 meals) 

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre.

Snack

Herring fillets 100g.

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.
