Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, peanut butter and butter sandwich, boiled egg and salt. 

Supper

3 Chicken Tender Combo from Superstore Quinpool Road. 

Outing

Outing with Kim after meeting her at dog groomers then drove downtown to Duke Street Dollarama followed by Superstore Quinpool Road then back home after picking up dog from groomer. 

Lunch

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, pasta, etc. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching, leg extensions front and side kick, weight training with dumbbell curls, overhead dumbbell press, dumbbell rows, dumbbell bench press. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink, coconut milk, almond milk. Toast and peanut butter x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, spices and seasoning, hot sauce, cheese dust, coconut milk, butter, pasta. 

Snack

Peanut butter and butter sandwich. 

Lunch

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink, almond milk. Bagel with butter and mozzarella cheese. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry at Laundry Co.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, almond milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea.

Bagel with cream cheese and slice cheese.
