Ground beef with chick peas, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, hot sauce, pepper, mixed vegetables, pasta in sauce mixture.

Tea Time!

Green tea with salami and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard. 

Lunch

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, frozen blueberries, milk, toast and butter x 2. 

Workout

Dumbbell Workout with 6 exercises maximum reps of 20 with 2 sets 1 warm up set with 10lbs then double the weight with 20lbs. 20 minutes plus. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana x 2, protein powder, plain yogurt drink, powder milk. Toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Snack

Cheddar Cheese x 5

Smoked Oysters 85g. 

Outing

Walk to Canadian Tire Quinpool Road and TD Bank. 

Brunch

Salmon sandwiches with mayo and pepper x 2, plus green tea. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions side kick only. 

Breakfast

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. Toast and butter x 2, tea.

Leftover ground turkey with mixed vegetables, chick peas and white rice, etc.

Earl Grey Tea with salami and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard. 

Brunch

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, toast and butter x 2. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 1 load of laundry.

Roasted and Salted Cashews 100g. 

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street then home along waterfront walking trail. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B and pepperoni stick. 

Brunch

Cheese sandwiches with butter and mayo x 2. Green tea 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen strawberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Pasta salad with pasta, tuna, Cheddar Cheese, boiled eggs, mayo, pepper, paprika.

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry.

Weight training with dumbbells 5 exercises plus push ups. 20 plus minutes.
