Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Supper

Steak, salt, pepper, butternut squash, butter. 

Cleaning Day!

8:30am - 4:00pm 7.5 hours of cleaning. May 29

Lunch

Turkey breast, Cheese, mayo sandwich.

Brunch

Turkey breast, Cheese, mayo sandwich with boiled egg x 1, salt, green tea. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana x 2, almond milk, tea, boiled egg, salt.

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Supper

Leftover ground beef, diced tomatoes, pasta, green beans, curry, etc., tomato soup, milk.

Lunch

Turkey breast and Cheese sandwich with mayo.

Outing

Walk to Quinpool road Canadian Tire and Superstore. 

Brunch

Toasted Turkey and Cheese sandwich with mayo, boiled egg, salt.

Laundry Day!

2 loads of laundry. 8:00am - 10:00am May 28 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana x 2, boiled egg, salt, almond milk, tea. 

Snack

Peanut butter toast x 1, chamomile tea.

Supper

Ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, green beans, diced tomatoes, pasta. ( 2 meals) 

Brunch

Toasted Ham and Cheese sandwich with butter and mustard, boiled eggs x 2, salt.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, almond milk, tea.
