Protein Shake

Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea and fig cookies x 4.

Supper

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, frozen blueberries, chia seeds, milk, peanut butter toast x 2.

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts, planking and leg extensions front and side kick. 

Lunch

Toasted cheese and mayo sandwich, Herring fillets 100g. Chocolate chip cookies x 3, Green tea. 

Breakfast 2

Fried eggs x 2 with pink salt, pepper, hot sauce, butter, cheese on wholewheat English muffins x 2. Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, peanut butter, chia seeds, oats, cinnamon. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea and fig cookies x 4

Supper

Chicken breast x 2 with pink salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, mayo in wholewheat flatbread pockets. 

Workout 2

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking, push ups and knee bends. 

Snack

Cheddar Cheese x 3

Tea Time!

Earl Grey Tea with chocolate chip cookies x 3

Lunch

Leftover steak with mixed vegetables in Noodle soup and beef broth. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 40 minutes. 

Breakfast 2

Fried eggs x 2 with pam cooking spray, pink salt and pepper, butter, hot sauce, cheese on wholewheat English muffins x 2. Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, chia seeds, oats, cinnamon, coffee, peanut butter. Tea with milk and sweetener.

Steak with pink salt, pepper, garlic powder, beef broth, butter, broccoli, hot sauce. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching!

Lunch

Tuna with mayo and salt and pepper on wholewheat flatbread. Cheddar cheese x 3, fig cookies x 4. 

Snack

Yogurt and banana. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Omelette with 3 eggs on wholewheat flatbread, pam cooking spray, hot sauce, cheese, salt and pepper. Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, yogurt, coffee, chia seeds, cinnamon, oats. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Ground pork with mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, spices and seasoning, spinach, Noodle soup. 

Lunch

Tuna with mayo on wholewheat flatbread, green tea and fig cookies x 4. 

Snack

Yogurt with fiber and banana. 

Brunch

3 egg omelette with salt and pepper, hot sauce, pam cooking spray on wholewheat flatbread plus Cheddar cheese x 4. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Outing

Walk to Superstore Quinpool Road and Canadian Tire.

Fried egg sandwich with eggs x 2, cheese, butter, pam cooking spray, hot sauce, salt and pepper on wholewheat toasted bread. Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Protein Shake with banana x 2, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon, yogurt, coffee, chia seeds, oats. Tea with milk and sweetener.

Breaded fish fillets x 4 with cheese, mayo, hot sauce on toasted wholewheat bread x 2 sandwiches with 2 extra pieces of breaded fish eaten separately. Powder milk.
