Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, pasta with cheese sauce mixture. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells 5 exercises. 

Snack

Roasted and Salted Cashews 100g. 

Lunch

Salami and cheese sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches, leg lifts and planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, milk, banana x 2, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, pepperoni stick x 1

Lunch

Salami and cheese sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2. Green tea 

Outing

Bustrip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre and Dollarama after walking to Windsor Street then walked around the mall twice. 

Brunch

Leftover ground turkey with mixed vegetables, tomato sauce, pasta, etc. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells 5 exercises 30 minutes. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea and banana.

Ground turkey with mixed vegetables, chicken broth, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, tomato sauce, pasta. 

Lunch

Salami and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard. Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Outing

Walk to Canadian Tire Quinpool Road and Superstore. 

Brunch

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, coconut milk. Salami and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches, leg lifts, planking.

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Outing

Walk to Canadian Tire Quinpool Road and Shoppers. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells 5 exercises 2 to 5 sets, 10 to 15 reps. 30 minutes! Push ups. 

Brunch

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, coconut milk. Roast beef sandwich with cheese, butter and mustard. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Walk to Superstore Barrington Street along waterfront then bus trip back home.

1 Hour of Stretching!

Noodle soup with mixed vegetables, 2 eggs, ham, roast beef, mozzarella cheese, butter, mustard sandwich. 

Lunch

Salami, ham, roast beef, mozzarella cheese, butter and mustard sandwich.

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry.
