Breaded Sole fillets x 2 on hamburger buns with mayo.

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, almond milk. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, banana, apple, protein powder, almond milk, boiled egg, salt, tea.
