Boiled eggs x 2, salt, pepper, toast and butter x 2.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, milk, boiled egg, salt, tea, toast and butter x 2 heels, banana x 2.

Peanut butter toast x 1, chamomile tea.

Leftover rice, ground beef, mixed vegetables, etc., Can beans.

Peanut butter and butter sandwich, granola bar.

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2, granola bar x 1.

Ground beef, Cup of rice, oregano, garlic salt, soup mix spice, salt, pepper, mixed vegetables. (2 meals)

8:00am - 3:15pm 7 hours plus cleaning today.

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street after paying rent.

Sardines in tomato sauce, mustard sandwich, boiled eggs x 2, salt, pepper, butter, granola bar x 1.
