Supper

Ground beef 400g with mixed vegetables, spices and seasoning, vegetable broth, 3 eggs with milk and pepper, brown rice 1/2 cup, hot sauce. 

Brunch

Ham sandwich with hummus and mustard, Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder, 2 Cups Potato Chips. 

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from 7:30am - 10:15am 3 loads of laundry. July 2/22 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, apple, banana x 2, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Supper

Boneless pork with salt and pepper, Omelet with 3 eggs and hot sauce. 

Cleaning Day!

Started cleaning today at 6:30am and just finished at 1:30pm just need to put things back where they belong and take a shower then cook some supper.

Ham sandwiches with hummus and mustard x 2, Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, tomato sauce, pasta, etc. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with 1% milk and protein powder. 

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street. 

Lunch

Ham sandwich with hummus and mustard, 2 Cups Potato Chips.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with 1% milk, protein powder.
