Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

French toast x 2, eggs x 3 pepper, garlic, butter, green tea.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, milk, tea. 

Snack

Peanut butter toast x 2, Chamomile tea.

Pork butt chop, salt, pepper, garlic, potatoes, onion, curry, cooking oil, ketchup.

Lunch

French toast x 2, pepper, garlic, butter, 3 eggs.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour.
