Dessert

Vanilla yogurt and banana. 

Supper

Ground beef with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, beef broth, flour, brown rice, hot sauce, butter. 

Outing

Walk to Music Store on Cunard Street then walked to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Lunch

Breaded Sole fillets 1.5, Scrambled eggs x 3, pepper, hot sauce, butter. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Coffee Time!

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Dessert

Banana and Vanilla yogurt. 

Supper

Breaded Sole fillets x 2, Scrambled eggs x 3 with pepper, hot sauce and butter. 

Cleaning Day!

8:30am to 3:00pm 6.5 hours of cleaning just finished mopping living room need to wait for floor to dry then put everything back in its place followed by a shower then make supper. OCTOBER 28/22 current time 2:35pm

Roasted and Salted Cashews 100g.

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, flour, brown rice, hot sauce.

Protein Shake with banana, frozen strawberries, powder milk, protein powder. 

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street after paying rent. 

Brunch

Breaded Sole fillets x 2 with Scrambled eggs x 3, butter, pepper and hot sauce. 

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from 8:00am to 10:00am 2 loads of laundry. October 27/22
