Melody potatoes, onion, cooking oil, pepper, garlic, oregano, ground beef, diced tomatoes, mixed vegetables. (2 meals)

Lunch

Omelette 3 eggs, toast and butter x 2, pepper, garlic salt.

4 loads of laundry. 8:30am - 11:30am

Peanut butter toast x 2, Chamomile tea.

Chicken parmesan x 2, sweet potato fries 454g.

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Brunch

Omelette 3 eggs, toast and butter x 2, pepper, garlic salt.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana x 2, milk, tea, toast and butter x 2.

Peanut butter and butter sandwich.

Leftover Shepherd's pie and ketchup.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street.
