Snack

Oysters 85g

Outing after lunch!

Walk downtown to Spring Garden Road to Eastlink, TD Bank and Dollarama Parklane. 

Supper

Toasted fried eggs x 2 sandwich, ketchup, butter, non alcoholic beer 355ml.

Snack

Pepperoni sticks x 2, Veggie Chips.

Workout before lunch!

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour.

Lunch

Leftover pasta, ground beef, tomato sauce, mixed vegetables, etc.

Breakfast 2

Boiled egg and coffee.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, Silk, tea.

Snack

Toasted tomato, mayo sandwich, chamomile tea.

Supper

Ground beef 400g, pasta, tomato sauce, mixed vegetables, salt and pepper, garlic, oregano ( 2 meals ) 

Lunch

Toasted tomato, mayo sandwich, boiled egg, green tea.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour.

Breakfast 2

Boiled egg and coffee.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple x 2, banana, toast and butter x 2 tea.

Snack

Toasted tomato, mayo sandwich, chamomile tea.

Supper

Leftover broccoli, scrambled eggs x 2, toast and butter x 2. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys and RBC to deposit pay cheque from Books of Blood after dropping off pay stub to Housing office.

Lunch

Chicken salad sandwiches x 2, made from leftover chicken breast, mayo, green tea. ( Bread x 4 )

Laundry!

9am - 11:30am 3 loads of laundry.

Boiled egg and coffee.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana x 2, Silk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Snack

Peanut butter toast x 2, chamomile tea.

Supper

Chicken breast, broccoli, salt and pepper, paprika, butter.

Boiled eggs x 2, salt and pepper, butter.

Outing

Walk to RBC Almon Street and Shoppers.

Lunch

Toasted tomato, mayo sandwich, can beans, green tea.

Tomato, mayo sandwich, chamomile tea.

Leftover Shepherd's pie, ketchup.

Walk to Superstore, TD Bank, Canadian Tire Quinpool road.

Leftover Shepherd's pie and ketchup.

400g ground beef x 2, lentils, Italian style vegetables, mashed potatoes, salt and pepper, paprika, ketchup. ( 3 meals )
