Roast beef, Cheese sandwich with mustard and butter, boiled eggs x 2, salt, pepper.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. * Almond milk and milk with every breakfast.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, tea.

Dessert

Yogurt and banana, chamomile tea.

Supper

Steak and turnip with salt, pepper, butter.

Walk to Staples then Superstore Quinpool road.
