Supper 2

Leftover pasta salad.

Snack

Boiled egg, salt and pepper.

Supper

Pasta salad, pasta, can peas, carrots, black olives, tuna, garlic salt, pepper, paprika, mayo. (2 meals) 

Lunch

Toasted Ham and Cheese, mayo, mustard sandwich, boiled egg, salt, pepper, green tea, banana.

Laundry Day!

8am - 10:30am 3 loads of laundry.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, milk, tea. 

Snack

Peanut butter and butter sandwich, chamomile tea.

Supper

Can beans, toasted Ham and Cheese, mayo, mustard sandwich. 

Snack

Boiled egg and salt.

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street.

Brunch

Leftover pasta, ground beef, tomato sauce, vegetables, etc. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Pasta, ground beef, tomato sauce, pepper, garlic salt, leftover California style vegetables. (2 meals)

Toasted Ham and Cheese, mayo, mustard sandwich, boiled egg, salt, green tea.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

French toast x 3, butter, garlic salt, pepper, eggs x 4.
