Pork Steak with salt and pepper, brown rice, mixed vegetables, beef broth, butter, hot sauce. 

Snack

Nature Mix 1/2 Cup.

Lunch

Breaded chicken burgers with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, yogurt drink. 

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from about 9:00am to 11:00am 2 loads of laundry. June 10/23

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.
