Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, BBQ peanuts 1/2 Cup.

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, leftover California style vegetables, brown rice, mushroom soup, milk, curry, pepper, garlic powder, Italian style seasoning. (2 meals) 

Snack 2

Smoked Almonds 75g.

Snack

Protein shake Chocolate

Outing

Bus trip to Halifax Shopping Centre Dollarama and Walmart.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, milk, tea.

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, boiled egg, salt, peanut butter toast x 1. Also had chamomile tea last night.

Pork chop x 1, salt, pepper, California style vegetables, butter.

Brunch

Toasted Ham and Turkey breast sandwich with mayo and mustard, boiled egg, salt. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana x 2, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, brussel sprouts, tomato soup, brown rice, etc., Onions, cooking oil, butter.

Snack

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, pepper, butter.

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street.

Lunch

Ham and Turkey breast sandwich with mayo and mustard, boiled egg, salt.

9:30am - 11:15am 2 loads of laundry. August 5

Walk downtown to Dollarama Park Lane then visit with Mother and Sister at hospital and outing to gardens. Shoppers on the way home.
