Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Avocado Chicken Sandwich on flat bread and Samosa Chicken x 2, hot sauce with Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street to catch the bus to Halifax Shopping Center Dollarama, Walmart and Sobeys. 

Brunch

Scrambled eggs x 4 with can lunch meat, pepper, parsley, hot sauce, pam cooking spray and toast and butter x 2. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with planking and leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Toasted O's 2 Cups with Milk and coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, chia seeds, oats, cinnamon. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps. 40 minutes plus push ups. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea and banana x 1.

Supper

Can lunch meat, mixed vegetables, chick peas, white rice, pepper, hot sauce, pam cooking spray. 

Snack

Pepperoni stick and Ocean Cranberry Drink. 

Outing

Walk along waterfront to Dollarama Duke Street and RBC. 

Brunch

Omelette with 4 eggs, pepper and hot sauce, toast and butter x 2.

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts plus planking. 

Breakfast 2

Toast and peanut butter x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Bran Flakes 2 Cups plus with milk and banana, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea and banana x 1

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, hot sauce, pasta in sauce mixture made with milk and butter. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching!

Lunch

Ham and cheese sandwiches with butter, mustard and hot sauce x 2. Green tea. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street to catch the bus to Halifax Shopping Centre Wal-Mart after paying rent. 

Breakfast 3

Bran Flakes 2 Cups with Milk. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener and toast and peanut butter x 2. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink, cinnamon, chia seeds, oats. Tea with milk and sweetener.

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Outing

Taxi over to Dartmouth this morning to work on a new television show just for today. We ate all day on set and spent more than 12 hours there.

Coffee with milk and sweetener, toast and peanut butter x 2. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds, oats. Tea with milk and sweetener.

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry. 

Breakfast 3

Bran Flakes 2 Cups with chia seeds and milk. 

Breakfast 2

Toast and peanut butter x 2 and coffee with milk and sweetener.

Raisin Bran Muffin and tea with milk and sweetener.
