Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. Short cake cookies x 4. Banana x 1

Supper

Cooked 4 chicken breast with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, chicken broth. Uncle Ben's Flavored Rice with mixed vegetables. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells delt workout with 10lbs and 20lbs dumbbells 25 minutes. 

Lunch

Turkey sub sandwich from Sobeys. Protein Bar 68g. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B. Carbonated flavored water 1 liter. Pepperoni stick 40g. 

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street then bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre and Sobeys. Had bus tickets but used cash instead. 

Brunch

Toasted tomato and cheese sandwiches with mayo on wholewheat bread x 2. Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast/Protein Shake!

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen berries and cherries, powder milk, vanilla protein powder, plain oats package x 1, cinnamon, chia seeds, creatine. 

Tea Time!

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, tomato soup, white rice. 

Post Workout Meal!

Protein Shake with powder milk and vanilla protein powder. Banana x 1

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells back and chest workout with 10lbs and 20lbs dumbbells 40 minutes. 

Lunch

Toasted tomato and cheese sandwiches with mayo on wholewheat bread x 2. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups. 

Breakfast 2

Peanut butter toast x 2. Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Protein Shake/Breakfast!

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen berries and cherries, vanilla protein powder, powder milk, plain oats package x 1, cinnamon, chia seeds, creatine.

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street and Lawtons then bus trip to Superstore Barrington Street. Snacks include pepperoni stick 40g. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B. Chocolate bar 50g.

Weight training with dumbbells arm workout 35 minutes 10lbs and 20lbs dumbbells.

Tomato and cheese sandwiches with mayo on Italian bread x 2. Maple Flavoured Cashews 100g. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry.

Walk to Dollarama Duke Street then bus trip to Sobeys Queen Street.

Toasted tomato and cheese sandwiches with ham and mayo on wholewheat bread x 2. Banana x 1 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups. Body weight leg exercises. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. Peanut butter toast x 2

Breakfast/Protein Shake!

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen berries and cherries, powder milk, protein powder vanilla, cinnamon, chia seeds, creatine.

Pork Steak x 2 with pink salt and pepper, garlic powder, beef broth. Butternut squash with butter, salt and pepper, paprika. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells back and chest workout with 4 chest exercises 1 back exercise. 10 sets of 10 reps dumbbell rows. Then 10 to 20 reps for chest exercises. 20lbs dumbbells 40 minutes total 400 reps of 5 exercises. 

Lunch

Toasted sandwiches with tomato, ham, cheese and mayo on wholewheat bread x 2. Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups.
