Ground beef, tomato sauce, pasta, spices and seasoning, Brussel Sprouts. (2 meals)

Lunch

Scrambled eggs x 3 with pepper, butter and ketchup, hash browns x 3. 

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk and protein powder. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran and cinnamon, banana, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Supper

Boneless pork x 2 with salt and pepper, brown rice with mixed vegetables, vegetable broth, butter, oregano, hot sauce. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk and protein powder.
