Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Supper

Pork chops x 2, salt, pepper, potatoes, onion, curry, garlic powder, cooking oil. 

Snack

Oysters 85g. 

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre.

Lunch

Ham and Cheese sandwich with butter and mustard, boiled eggs x 3, salt, pepper.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana x 2, toast and butter x 2, almond milk, tea. 

Tea Time!

Leftover ground beef, green beans, pasta, tomato sauce, etc. 

Snack

Walk to RBC Almon Street then Superstore Young Street.

Brunch

1.5 Tuna Mayo sandwich, pepper, paprika, boiled egg, salt.

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street.
